This simple 3-day workout challenge from The Risers Hub is designed for any fitness level — whether you’re just getting started or getting back into the groove. No gym, no fancy equipment, just you and your commitment. 🙌
✨ How it works:
✅ Choose 3 days a week to do the workout.
✅ Go at your own pace — do 1 round a day or challenge yourself with up to 3 rounds.
✅ On rest days, let your body recover and reset.
✅ On weekends, do something you enjoy — a walk, bike ride, dance class — for at least 40 minutes.
💧 Plus, build healthy daily habits:
Drink more water
Add more dark veggies to your meals
Cook your meals at least twice a week
Take 5 minutes to embrace silence
